1. How do I track my order?

All our packages are shipped with tracking number. Your tracking number is included in the email we send when your order ships. You can use this to track your package and get an idea of when it will arrive.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do.

3. How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $79 shipped within Canada and to the US.

International shipping is FREE for orders over $180.

4. What currency are your prices listed in?

Our prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Please note that there may be additional fees charged by your bank or credit card provider for international payments.

5. Can I add items to my existing order?

As long as your order status is still listed as "Processing", you can always make an additional order with no extra shipping cost. Please contact us to get a free shipping code for your additional order. We will combine your orders and ship them altogether for you.

6. How can I know if you have New Arrivals?
